CHALLENGING CASES IN UVEITIC MACULAR EDEMA
Released: November 30, 2010 Expires: November 30, 2012 Type: Case Study
With regards to uveitis, there is a large amount of new clinical trial data that need to be communicated to the retina community. Because intraocular corticosteroids need to be administered frequently and cause significant side effects, including cataracts and glaucoma, corticosteroid implants may become a more viable treatment option. Data from recently completed studies need to be communicated to retina specialists. This CME activity is designed to help retina specialists aggregate, interpret, and apply the new data to their clinical practice.
